The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage data pipelines, optimize SQL queries, and create dynamic Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in data processing, visualization, and analysis tools, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration.Key Responsibilities:ETL Development and Data Integration:Develop, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines to centralize data from multiple sources into a data warehouse.Ensure efficient manipulation and integration of large datasets.SQL Query Development and Optimization:Write and optimize complex SQL queries, including Stored Procedures, Joins, and SQL Server Agent tasks.Apply performance tuning techniques for efficient data retrieval and processing of large datasets.Database Management:Support schema design, indexing, and database optimization.Manage data storage, retrieval, and access.Python Scripting and Automation:Use Python for data processing, cleaning, and advanced analytics tasks.Automate repetitive workflows to enhance operational efficiency.Data Visualization and Reporting:Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Leverage expertise in DAX, Data Modelling, RLS (Row-Level Security), and Power Query.Tools and Technology Expertise:Work proficiently with SQL, Python, Power BI Desktop and Service, SSMS, Visual Studio, SAP HANA, Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office 365.Troubleshooting and Optimization:Resolve performance bottlenecks in queries, pipelines, and systems.Minimize downtime and improve overall performance.Data Governance and Quality:Implement best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.Validate and transform data using automation tools like Python and Power Query.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Engage with cross-functional teams and business users to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.Translate business objectives into tailored data solutions.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization.Enhance workflows and processes to align with business KPIs.
