Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Systems Administrator you will: Responsible for delivering the infrastructure to provide customer facing systems and cloud services to Sophos customers. Monitor the systems on a 24X7-shift basis, take action on resolving issues and follow defined escalation paths. Support Scope Participate in a regular 24X7 shift rotation Monitor the CIS infrastructure per defined procedures Acknowledge alerts and start the incident process Apply first level resolution procedures as documented and follow documented escalation procedures for incidents Act as a first point of contact for Tech Support, IT, Labs and qualify their requests. Technical Requirements Experience working in systems administration with Windows and Linux Experience providing user support and system troubleshooting Knowledge of Cloud computing Functional Requirements Ability to communicate clearly, verbal and written Good customer service skills Awareness of newest and latest technologies Displays strong desire to learn new technologies Professional Development Continue to develop skills via self-study or classes to enhance performance.
