Proficient with MS SQL. Hands-On experience with another RDBMS like MySQL will be added advantage Best practices implementation knowledge while dealing with RDBMS Identify inefficiencies in current databases and investigate solutions Diagnose and resolve database access and performance issues Optimize large complicated SQL statements Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / SVN Development and maintenance of the all T-SQL objects for all applications Ensure all database systems meet business and performance requirements Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Capable of troubleshooting common database issues Results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance Good verbal and written communication skills able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner Good analytical and problem solving skill.
