Job Description

    Role SummaryResponsible for receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch coordination of materials and finished goods while ensuring compliance with warehouse SOPs, temperature control requirements, and SAP/WMS processes.Key Responsibilities
    • Receive incoming materials and returned goods in the WMS system from Bond Room, L.L, and other locations.
    • Monitor and maintain warehouse and cold storage temperature records on a daily basis.
    • Ensure proper storage and preservation of incoming materials at designated locations.
    • Verify and inspect returned goods received from C&F/C&S locations and direct parties.
    • Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials and goods.
    • Conduct random physical stock verification on a quarterly basis.
    • Perform physical verification of dispatchable goods before dispatch.
    • Maintain dispatch details in SAP, including LR (Lorry Receipt) entry for C&S and direct party dispatches.
    Skills & Competencies
    • Knowledge of SAP / WMS operations
    • Experience in warehouse inventory and dispatch management
    • Understanding of temperature-controlled storage practices
    • Good documentation and stock verification skills
    • Attention to detail and compliance orientation
    Experience & Qualification
    • 25 years of experience in warehouse / stores / dispatch operations
    • Graduate in any discipline
    • Experience in pharma / manufacturing industry preferred
