Job Description

*1) Maintenance of SCM, FI & HR master data objects2) Handle seamle ss delivery of Master Data request3) processing within agreed SLAs. 4) Responsible for maintaining and monitoring service delivery KPIs upto given target.5) Responsible for Data quality improvement and project activitie s.6) Assigned requests to be processed for all Master Data objects7) communicate to reporting manager with issues / ideas.8) Complete the ta sk with quality and meet all the governance policies.9) Contract executio n and support to Business11) Interfaces with Customers, Suppliers & T hird parties12) SAP Workflow errors root cause indentification and provid e resolutions to local markets.13) Knowledge about SAP Table maintainance. 14) Maintain the transaction details with 100% accurancy in tracker.15) Follow up the end to end to expedite the resolution.16) Back-up fo r other team members.17) Generateprocess improvement ideas anddo the fo llow ups till implementation.18) Expert in MS Office19) Verificatio ns of shopping cart.20) Processing SSC request.21) Web Cycle documents22) PO change request as per the approved DTP/LOP and instruction shee t.1) Master data requests allocation within team2) Responsible for opera tional support to team3) support audit requirements in timely and accurat e4) to train team members on Masterdata processes5) to maintain L5 level documentation6) Able to maintain Master data quality as per defined standards.7) Record all contracts in the Contract Management datab aseand capture all contractual terms 8) Upload all copies of signed docum ents in the Contract Management database 9) Record and send to the corres ponding Local Markets the Supplier Termsandconditions (STCs) for approval10) Create approval workflow for e-CAS and follow-up on the pending ones 11) Assure that all documents are accessible to all relevant stakeholders 12) Issue reports on status to the relevant stakeholders. 13) Query Reso lution (for Contracts Management Process) 14) Validation of Contracts 15) Creation of Master Agreement IDs 16) Handle requests/issues regard ing Contract Management Process & Manage end to end Life cycle of Contract 17) Create approval workflow for e-CAS and follow-up on the pending ones 18) TAT of Master Agreement Creation Quality of delivery 19) Achieve and improve the process KPI performance20) Manage Query resolution and t roubleshooting21) Preparing MIS & Reportingas per requirement from ma nagement22) Escalate functional questions / bugs / changerequests as per agreed escalation process23) Monitor performance and use of the system; monitor adherence to process.24) Supports the adoption of SCM system and process across global.25) Builds strong relationships with stakeholder an d suppliers.26) Ensures continuous alignment with internal stakeholders i ncl. all teams in SSC, IT and corporate & circle SCM s for seamless s upport delivery27) Contributes to driving the Health,Safety and wellbein g agenda in SCM & local operations28) Workflow Errors Turnaround time .29) SSC requests Turnaround Time30) Query Resolution Act as SME31) Participate in process improvement initiatives32)Manage request ef ficiently and complete all in agreed Turnaround Time & SLA.33) Partic ipate in process improvement initiatives and implementat list one process impr ovement Idea.34) First time right resolution ofSSC/Query.35) Perio dically revisit of process steps & removal of any Non Value Added activity & streamlining the process by discussingit with the Local Market SPOC.36) Providing support to all queries and resolving issues and escalations in time.37) Process improvement with the help of automation.38) Prepar ing and providing reports to the stakeholders as perthe schedule.39) Col laborate with internal department / team to achieveteam KPI.40) Conduct monthly catch-up calls with the local market. 41) Support in audit requir ement, BRC & UAT as and when require.42)Quality check for the reques t processed by team & complete the QC in agreed time.43) Check proces s volume regularly and make sure that volumes are always under control.1) SAP Master data process2) Advanced knowledge of Excel/Access3 ) MDM request processing ability4) Knowledge of all objects of MDM5 ) Supply Chain Management ,SAP knowledge6) Excellent communication skill in English Speaking & Writing both7) Excellent MS Office Knowle dge8) Query Management and Escalation Management Skills9) Desired k nowledge of legal contracts & agreements 10) Records Management Syste m and database tool11) Knowledge about SAP system (HR,Finance,SRM and ARI BA).12) Records Management System and database tool., *1) SAP Sourcing Knowledge Require.2) SAP Master Data Knowledge Require .3) LLB/MCom/MBA.
