Job Description

  1. Plan and execute monthly training calendar after coordinating with Regional stake holders.
  2. Conduct Line Manager induction and ODIP for all new joiners of Business functions.
  3. Ensure all new joiners up to L3 level are administered online preconfirmation test.
  4. Conduct Refresher programs for all business functions like Sales, Collection and Ops once in every six months.
  5. Conduct Performance Improvement Training (PIT) for all identified L4 candidates after each quarter.
  6. Ensure completion of DMA induction program for all new DMAs at his location.
  7. Ensure adherence of training procedures like ESS nominations, approval and capturing of feedback for all training conducted by him.
  8. Conduct need specific programs / tele conference trainings on launch of new product / change in system for all employees at his locations.
  9. Drive quality of login/file processing at his locations.
  10. Support AGM Training in specific projects to support business function time to time.
  11. Submit monthly/quarterly training MIS to AGM Training on time.
