Job Description

This position oversees one of the major technology platforms (pathology, digital pathology and IHC) and is into clinical biomarker assay development, validation and analysis. Works in close collaboration with other senior pathologists on site.

  • Working in a team of pathologists, provide Clinical Pathology support to programs/projects at BBRC in close collaboration with BMS pathology team.
  • Support digital pathology related activities at BBRC
  • Work in close collaboration with the other pathologists onsite to support pathology and immunohistochemistry work flows.
  • Work in close collaboration with the bioinformatics/image analysis team to build appropriate capabilities for digital pathology.
  • Work in close collaboration with the discovery leadership at BBRC to enable programs as required.
  • Support ongoing translational R&D projects in collaboration with the hospital network.
MBBS/MD with over 10 years of hands on experience in pathology/IHC working in the hospital or corporate (pharma/technology) setting.Experience with digital pathology is preferred.Experience in oncology and/or other therapeutic areas along with handling clinical samples, clinical programs essential.Working in a matrix environment, scientific management experience preferred.Knowledge in data/image analytics preferred.CGLP training preferred.,
