Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is looking for a Deputy Sales Manager in the Retail Branch Banking Department.Job Roles and Responsibility:
    • Identifying potential customers through various channels and acquiring them
    • Meeting with prospective customers and explaining the benefits of opening a CASA account with Bank
    • Cross-selling other banking products and services to customers to increase their engagement with the bank
    • Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to retain their business
    • Meeting assigned targets for new customer acquisition, CASA account opening and cross-selling of banking products and services
    • Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market
    • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures
    Desired Candidates Profile:
    • 2 to 6 Years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing of any domain
    • Banking/Finance and Insurance Domain experience considered first
    • Good Communication and Presentation Skills
    • Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills
