Responsibilities The design team in Nolte Home Studio is responsible for converting the enquiries into sales , by constant interaction with the customer. The Designers responsible for ensuring this conversion. Create high quality and technically compliant design based on the requirements and the site of the client. Own the responsibility of the design from the design stage to the implementation stage. Ensure that the requisite conversion ratio is maintained between the Enquiries generated by sales to the deals closed. Interact with clients to ensure proper understanding of the requirements and ensure client satisfaction in the design phase. Own responsibility for achieving the revenue target along with the sales team. Desired Profile : Graduate or Post Graduate in Design. 3+ years of experience in designing in which at least 1 year is in designing Kitchens. Easy - going personality with the ability to interact with clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills.,
