Job Description

Dear Sir,We are urgent opening with our leading clint enraged into large Power, Infrastructure,Road & Water Project across the india.Vacancy details are as followsLocation - AhmadabadExp - 15 to 25 YrsQualification LLBDesignation AGM / DGM LegalExp in Road , National Highway Project .Primary role shall be to look after Commercial Transactions and O&M related documentations, Agreements, project related agreements, due-diligence and transactional documentation,

  1. Experience in M&A transactions would be an added qualification
  2. Besides he should be able to look into Contract Management, Handling of Regulatory issues & litigations before various forums.
  3. Giving opinions and assisting business team in resolution of legal issues.
  4. Drafting of pleadings and Agreements. The candidate is expected to do all the drafting in-house.
  5. Interacting with lawyers and enter into negotiation with parties for closing the transactions/agreements
  6. Ability to have out of box thinking for resolution of legal issues and fast resolution/disposal of disputes/litigations
  7. Taking care of files and create better system for internal management.
  8. Research and keeping tab on the latest case laws and also the policies and decisions of the government which will have impact on the business of the Company.
  9. The job would involve travelling within India and longer stays at places other than place of postin
