Job Description

    1) Brand Design & Visual Communication
    • Create visually appealing designs aligned with GauNeetis core brand identity.
    • Develop branding elements for seasonal campaigns, festivals, launches, and product stories.
    • Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across every touchpoint, online and offline.
    2) Packaging & Label Adaptations
    • Adapt existing product labels into multiple sizes and formats for bottles, jars, pouches, boxes, etc.
    • Create new label variations for offers, product updates, trial packs, special editions, and more.
    • Prepare print-ready files while maintaining accuracy in dimensions and specifications.
    3)Marketing Creatives & Collateral Design and prepare:
    • Flyers (detailed and brief versions) Posters, standees, brochures & catalogues
    • Offer creatives & WhatsApp catalogues
    • Event creatives (farm visits, markets, customer invites)
    • Print-ready artwork for vendors and printers
    4) Content Design Support
    • Create clean, engaging layouts for carousels, infographics, testimonials, product stories, etc.
    • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for diverse platforms.
    • Assist in short video creation using existing footage (basic cuts, text overlays, brand tone alignment).
    5) Farmers Market & Event Support
    • Occasionally visit Farmers Markets (Sundays) or special events.
    • Capture product photos, videos, testimonials for future creatives.
    • Gather customer insights to refine and evolve brand communication.
