    Job description
    • Global Solution Architect Role will be responsible for overall solutions of all SuccessFactors projects.
    • The Primary Role will be to design Solutions across Sectors cutting across Industries and Geographies. This isa FunctionalRole.
    • As a Global Solution Architect, the leader will be dealing with multiple systems and interferences.
    • The leader will spearhead SF projects across different systems and different geographies.
    • Will be trusted with absolute control over the solution and approve the major system and act as a decision-maker
    • The role offers high visibility and scope within the corporate function.
    • The director will be directly reporting to Associate Vice President
    • Offers great learning experience as the Director will be managing multiple gamuts of systems, project management, implementation, and solutions.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Consulting experience in SAP HCM domain and SAP Success factor.
    • Must have experience in any finance ERP applications viz Oracle Financials/ S4 Hana, PeopleSoft Finance, etc
    • Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) environment and Finance.
    • Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of H2R processes and good knowledge of Finance processes.
    • Experience in Success Factors- Performance and Goal Management, Provisioning experience is a must-have.
    • Excellent knowledge of MDF, and associated system configuration
    • 4/5 projects Implementation in SAP SF and/or SAP SF Payroll
    • Must have designed and architected 4/5 different solutions in HR and Finance space.
    • Hands-on with Solution Design Configuration
    • Workbook Business Blueprint Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts, Knowledge of MDF foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows
    • Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design, and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects.
    • Perform analysis and translate business needs and create solution requirements documentation.
    • Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs, and user documentation to support project implementation activities.
    • Positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours, and work environments and locations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive, self-directed, resourceful, and highly organized
    • Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activities.
    • Ability to explain SAP concepts to businesses in non-technical terms.
    • Hybrid work Modul, willing to travel
