To develop detailed plans and work towards clear outcomes and targets.Key Skills Must have Excellent communication, project development, interpersonal relationship skills and result orientation. Must have previous resource development and business development experience.Qualification Preferably an MBA and 15 years of. experience from a reputed institute.
