Job Description

    Hiring for an MNC, BE(mechanical/Production) with minimum 20 years of experience working with capital equipment, heavy machinery industry1. Participate in capacity planning efforts to obtain optimum production output along with efficient utilization of human resources, machines, space and equipment2. Guide, direct and coach site leadership team to achieve maximum productivity, quality, efficiency and on-time delivery in daily plant operations3. Lead the implementation of Lean Production strategies4. Experience with lean manufacturing tools such as visual management, lean flow, kaizen, Kata, TWI, standard work, value stream mapping, kanban, poke yoke, 5S5. Help identify present and future needs, trends and opportunities and assure plans are developed and implemented to capitalize on profitability and competitive advantage6. Develop and sustain work culture that enables empowerment and accountability7. Work with Accounting in ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and payments from customers 8. Responsible for planning and execution of CAPEX requirements of the plant9. Good knowledge of materials and welding processes10. Will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner thats consistent with quality requirements.,
