Your expertise will help students make informeddecisions about their learning path and contribute to their personal and professionalgrowth in the IT field.Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling and build connections.- Interact with prospective students to understand their goals, interests, andbackground in IT. - Provide detailed information about our IT courses, curriculum, and career prospects.- Tailor recommendations based on individual aspirations and strengths.- Clearly explain the features, benefits, and structure of various IT courses. - Assist students in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career objectives. - Address inquiries about prerequisites, study materials, assessments, andcertification opportunities. - Offer insights into different IT career paths and job roles available after completing our programs. - Provide guidance on skill development and specialization areas within the ITindustry. - Help students create a personalized learning journey that aligns with their long- term goals. - Assist students with the enrollment process, including application procedures, fees, and timelines. - Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to registration- Establish rapport and build trust with students through empathetic and effective communication. - Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to address any concerns and provide additional information. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the IT sector. - Provide feedback to the team regarding student preferences, market demands, and program enhancements.
