Job Description

The candidate is expected to execute different impact evaluation and assessment projects with multiple NGOs having multiple locations. The candidate will be expected to work collectively with different teams of Large Scale Education Program division of EI (test development, analysis, execution and analysis) and external clients to complete the projects on time. The role would provide an opportunity to strengthen the knowledge about different aspects of assessments, student learning and different types of interventions in education field. Overall Coordination with internal team members, vendors, external resources and external clients for flawless execution of assessment projects Conduct different types of workshops independently i.e. evaluator trainings, post analysis workshops, capacity building workshops, field audits, student interviews, pilot test etc Interactions with different team members of NGOs to understand their theory of change, intervention, strategies and requirements etc Presentations to various team members of NGOs including programme Management team, field staff and their donors to share the results of the study Understanding of data cleaning and scoring systems at EI and able to do different data cleaning and scoring steps independently Analyse and produce the key insights from the multiyear data and present in a understandable format Write short/long reports on field audit, student interview, training overview, executive summary etc Continuously evolving new systems and improving the assessment processes within EI and with NGOs as well Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management in development /education sector Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent command of MS office knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point Excellent coordination skill required among internal team and external clients Sticking to tight schedule and effective workload management Should have knowledge of simple analysis (mean, standard deviation, quartile etc)
