Job Description

    Job Description Maintenance ManagerPosition: Maintenance Manager Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field Preferred Experience: Electrical MaintenanceKey Responsibilities
    • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities of the facility and building infrastructure.
    • Monitor and maintain electrical systems, panels, wiring, DG sets, UPS, lighting, and related equipment.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule to minimize breakdowns and operational disruptions.
    • Attend and resolve maintenance complaints and breakdown issues promptly.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance work and AMC activities.
    • Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other utility systems.
    • Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history logs.
    • Monitor utility consumption and recommend measures for energy efficiency and cost optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Support emergency maintenance requirements and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
    • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, spares, and consumables.
    Required Skills
    • Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Understanding of building maintenance and facility management.
    • Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
    • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
    • Vendor and contractor management skills.
    • Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • Diploma holder with 35 years of relevant maintenance experience.
    • Experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, commercial buildings, or corporate office maintenance preferred.
    • Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities independently.
    • Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely execution of work.
