Ensure growth in clientele by converting leadsAcquisition of De-mat / Trading account from open market and leads (Offline & Online)Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetrationMeeting & pitching customersGenerate Equity Business and maintain strong client relationship.To ensure adherence to surveillance, risk & deal desk processesExpectations from Dealers/Trade advisorsExperienced professionals in acquiring and trading for HNIs & UHNIsCapable of acquiring big ticket margin (min. 1 lac margin)Capable of servicing & leveraging relationship with HNI clientsIn-depth Knowledge about trading in DerivativesHave a strong & disciplined approach to SalesTo work in a compliant and diligent mannerMandatory to have NISM Series 8 certification - Equity Derivatives Certificate Examination.***(On exception, we can look at candidates having good client network & experience but does not have NISM, he can be considered & offered but their joining is subject to completing NISM certification).Screening parameters -Should have min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience into Trading (on terminal) & HNI Client acquisitionNISM certification is mandatory before joiningEducation qualification Min. GraduateDecent Communication Skills, Presentable & ConfidentShould have relationship building & networking capabilitiesShould have sound Business acumen about the industry - derivatives marketTop competitors to be targeted for profiles Motilal Oswal Securities, Kotak Securities, HDFC Securities, Karvy Stock Broking, Religare Securities, Anand Rathi, Edelweiss Broking, IIFL, Sharekhan, SBI Capital, Reliance Securities, Emkay Financial, Nirmal Bang Securities, Angel Broking, Axis Securities, CD Equisearch, etc.Apart from the top broking houses, dealers can be looked from Asit C. Mehta, Globe Capital, SMC Global, Geojit BNP Paribas, LKP Securities, Tradebulls Securities, Indiabulls Securities, Monarch Network, etc., but profile should meet all the above mentioned criteria strictly.. Avoid profiles from sub-brokers or franchiseesIncentive & DCP (Career Road Map) - for pitching the role -Incentive SchemesLucrative & transparent incentive on Net Revenue and New Trader client acquisition (Online or Offline revenue)Incentive payout starts on achievement of targets (client acquisition & revenue generation)Can earn upto 4 times of the salary & earn additional 1% revenue on online revenueMonthly incentive pay-outsBest incentive schemes across industry. For new joinees (0-6 months vintage), their incentive slabs start at 2x revenue..
