  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Generating the leads.
  • Calling Clients to brief them about the legal services like patent, copyright, trade mark, etc.
  • Coordinating with the clients on daily basis.
  • Scheduling meetings of clients with BDE Executive.
  • Maintaining the database in Excel sheet.
  • Report and provide feedback to the management.
