Job Description

    Overall purpose and objective of the position Opportunity to join a category leading multi-national Consumer Durables company in its foray into Direct-to-Consumer channel. The organization is looking to establish its presence in the online space and seeks experienced candidate to lead the Operations. This role would report to Head-D2C head and would be based out of the Head Office in Ahmedabad. The roles and responsibilities mentioned below are indicative, and the candidate would be expected to carry out tasks such as tracking inventory, managing the fulfilment and shipping process, and overseeing products getting to their end destination. Roles & responsibilities
    • Work with Operations Manager on D2C operations
    • Work with Cross Functional Teams such as Go-To-Market(D2C), IT, Production and Customer Service as well as external vendor partners to ensure Symphony D2C customers D2C store experience as well as order fulfilment is exemplary and is as per the agreed SLAs
    • Operations MIS
    Experience and Skill sets required Effective communication, articulation skills in English. Prefer resources from Ahmedabad who can join immediately or at a short notice.Candidate with 1 - 3 years in consumer eCommerce domain are preferred. Academic qualifications
    • B. Tech or any graduate
    • Certifications in Analytics / Big Data / Product management would be an added advantage
