The position involves achieving the production targets as per the requirements and ensure the timely dispatch of product , ensuring the manufacturing activities are carried out as per Companys standard protocol and guidelines , co - ordinating for plant expansion activity , new projects , process changes , quality improvements activities , carrying out the validations for new process modified process , production Planning and materials indenting according to production planning and follow up of raw material to concern department , execution daily monitoring of production activity , commissioning of new process , change process and perform process validation , following environmental health and safety and housing keeping policies of the Company , generation of SOPs / BMR / BPR online filling of production related documents , manpower management , documentation and Day to Day planning and troubleshooting.Candidates should have knowledge of bio - processes and ability to independently manage the function , excellent interaction communication skills and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
