Job Description

    Summary/Overview: Candidate is responsible for coordination of Plant activities, providing Safety trainings to plant people and Statutory compliances related to Filling Plants in the Zone.Principal Accountabilities/ Job Responsibilities:1 Relevant Tasks and Specific Activities for Each Task - Direct Responsibility 1. Filling Plants: Co ordination with plants for day to day activities, data collection for various reports, Monthly MIS, Disposal of Scraps, Online monitoring of Performance Parameters, & Stock Related Co-ordinations etc.Coordination for payments, bank guarantee, contract renewal etc.2. Trako: Day to day monitoring of vehicle movement in Trako, report generation from Trako.Control and monitoring of safety related aspects, feedback of Management and Transporters regarding vehicle movement.3. Training: Arrange training for plant employees for various technical and statutory knowledge up gradation programmes.4. Safety: Co-Ordination related to safety activities of the region, Report Compilation and Analysis, Compliance Reports of Safety audits, Accounting and recording of accidents and near miss.5. Statutory Issues: Ensure Statutory Compliance reports of region. Follow up for pending issues related to Explosive department (CCOE), factory licence State pollution control board etc. , modification proposal of plants.6. Documentation and Filling system: Documentation of all plant related approvals i.e. Approved plot plan, NOC,s , CCOE, Drawings of Bullets and Fittings, as build and Construction Drawings, Land and other statutory related documents with proper filling and update new files in the system as per requirements.7. Stocks and SAP: Preparation of high value item proposal i.e. New cylinders, coordination with corporate purchase for consumables requirement of the region, Create PR for centralized purchase like cylinder capex, and for all administrative items like labour bills, security bill of regional office and do MIGO for all administrative POs. Generation of various report and review it related to Operation and Logistics.2 .Relevant Tasks and Specific Activities for Each Task - Facilitate - Support a. Filling Plants: Support in overseeing Contract Filling Plants such as Safety Audits, Statutory Audits etc. Back up to Logistics department and Plant Engineer in case of emergency requirement or long Leaveb. Training : Facilitate Training needs for Franchisees, Transporters and Contract Filling Staff.c. Safety : Co-ordinate Support on Safety to Technical Team on need basis related to markets around Filling Plant.d. Co-ordination with Terminals : Co-ordination with terminal for specific requirement related to ship unloading.Key Result Area:
    1. MIS & Cost analysis
    2. Act as a Zonal safety officer i.e. Filling Plant audit, customer audit, etc.
    3. Support to Filling Plant for Statutory Compliances
    4. Maintaining statutory and other related documents of respective Zonal offices.
