Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible and accountable for sales of Admixture, Value added business.
  • Generate of sales enquiry and Prepare order specific sales plans, as required.
  • Provide necessary guidance and assistance to regional supply chain and production on interpreting customer specifications related to quality and identifying additional requirements and implications.
  • To provide technical support for clients to facilitate the concrete sales whenever required
  • Attend trials and to develop long term relationship with the customer.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Maintain pricing parameters and margin control
  • Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
Subjective
  • Monthly planning & reporting, sales reports.
  • Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.
  • Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index.
  • Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.
