Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing expertise, and the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions with quality candidates.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.
    • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company expectations.
    • Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
    • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Work with ownership and dedication to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
    • Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    Required Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring strategies.
    • Hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals and social media platforms.
    • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
    • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
    • Target-oriented and proactive approach towards hiring.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
    • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
    Additional Requirement
    • Male candidates preferred.
