Job Description for Executive / Sr.Executive - Vendor at Changodar , Ahmedabad.Vendor Registration with various Government/ Semi Govt./ PSUs/ Corporate.- Searching online and identifying the companies who are using our products.- Preparing and sending PTR to the companies for registration/ making awareness about our company and products.- Making online vendor registration application form.- Preparation of company credential and other documents as per requirement to send by courier or Email.- Data entry in MS Excel file maintained for vendor registration application sent.- Follow up for Vendor registration application sent for getting receipt of confirmation and vendor approval.- Keeping up to date record for the application sent.- Regular follow up for getting registration- Sampled are being sent for development- Exhibition arrangement - booking etc.- Verifying agent agreements/ certificates- Arranging factory inspection/ visit of clients with factory.- Co- ordination with various Govt. Offices- Preparation of Agency/ Secrecy agreements.,
