The position involves identifying vendors, negotiate material costs with suppliers/ vendors, Monitor Just In Time (JIT) and OTIF processes for procurement, implement inventory management processes for goods stocked, identify warehousing vendors and negotiate contracts, identify transportation (domestic and international) vendors and negotiate contracts, responsible for statutory compliances with respect to VAT, customs, excise, sales tax, octroi, etc., manage contracts for labour contractors for dispatch, ensure documentation related to product receipt, invoices, ensure excise and customs reconciliation, ensure customs clearance of imports, ensure achievement of Supply Chain departments budget, ensure invoicing by suppliers/ vendors is at negotiated price, reconciliation of suppliers/ vendors negotiated price, ensure supply chain processes are adhered to, actively coordinate between Sales, Production, Finance and Admin departments.Candidates should be good in relationship management and have knowledge of Imports Exports, ERP System, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management with excellent communication skill in English and local language and strong in problem solving skill, negotiation skill and analytical skill.Job Ref.: SCP- EXQualifications: B.
