Job Description

    Designation - Export MarketingExperience - 4 Years AboveSalary - Rs. 70,000 PM to 1,00,000 PMLocation - AhmedabadJob Description -Responsibilities:Coordinating with freight forwarder and clearing agent and making MISon daily basis. Handling all Import documentation in co-ordination with foreignsuppliers. Coordinating with bank for opening Letter of credit/bank guarantee/ tarifftransfer as per contract. Finalization of BL & its Release. Arranging commercial invoices and packing lists from the supplier. Handle Pre and Post Shipment documents. Tracking of Shipments and Update ETA/ ETD. Finalize CHA documents shipment wise for dispatch to CHA for onwardprocessing. Sending scan copies of shipment documents to customer after receipt ofBL. Preparing Importing country certification, Customs/ Insurance, Certificateof Origin. Preparation of LC or non-LC documents (Invoice, Packing List and otherdocuments). Follow up for parties PO and dispatching goods accordingly. Coordinating with the factory and warehouse team for fast execution anddelivery of consignments on or before expected date. Coordinating with Banks for Outward & Inward remittance & sendingdisposal instruction to bank for credit Inward remittance.Requisite Skills: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Design or ElectricalEngineering Previous experience in similar role Quick learner Ability to work under pressure Multi-taskingWith Regards,Bhavana (HR)hidden_mobile (gmail.com)
