Job Description

    Dear sir,We are looking for an Import Export Executive for a reputed Import Export MNC company of Gujarat, based in Ahmedabad. Please find the details below:1. Designation: Import Export Executive 2. Experience:Minimum 2-3 years3. Required skills: Good English communication4. Job description:
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers
    • Conduct price, terms, and delivery negotiations
    • Plan purchases, create purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries
    • Handle debit note issues for shortages, damages, or discrepancies
    • Coordinate payment planning with accounts as per vendor terms
    • Maintain and organize all purchase-related documents
    • Manage importexport documentation
    • Conduct international buyer search, share product information, and support basic export sales coordination
    • Identify and evaluate international potential buyers
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with global suppliers and overseas buyers
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with both suppliers and buyers
