Job Description

    Reporting to: Technical Directors / Directors.
    1. Planning of raw material & dispatch on daily basis as per vendor requirement.
    2. Control of process parameter through shift in charge and plant operators / supervisor as per instruction and SOP.
    3. Monitoring on daily yield and quality. Collect the process data and try to improve the yield by R & D.
    4. Organize of the man power and coordinate to concerned department.
    5. Data collection and Maintaining of the documentation as per ISO.
    6. Monitoring of lab analysis on daily basis.
    7. To check and signature on plant log sheet, check list, work permit, vessel entry etc.
    8. Day to day reporting to all concerned department.
    9. Preparation of new document records and implementation and modification of existing records.
    10. Any other work allotted by senior management.
    11. To achieve production target with care about safety and eco-friendly environment.
    12. To solve out process trouble shooting.
    13. Solve the plant maintenance problems.
    14. Day to day reporting to Directors Technical.
    15. Should know all process parameters and controls of MCA & SMCA Product.
    16. Should able take charge of individually of MCA Plant as plant head.
    17. Should have good communication and handling of plant cum team.
    18. You will be responsible for all legal compliances and related matters of Company.
    19. Any other work allotted by senior management.
