Job Description

Responsibilities:Speak to customers, either face to face or overthe phone. Gain an understanding of customers' diverseand specific business needs and apply productknowledge to meet them. Ensure quality of service by developing athorough and detailed knowledge of technicalspecifications and other features of employers'systems and processes, and then documentingthem. Carry out cold-calling in order to createinterest in products and services, generatenew business leads and arrange meetings. Identify and develop new business throughnetworking and follow-up courtesy calls. Prepare and deliver presentations anddemonstrations of product to customers. Meet sales targets set by managers andcontribute to team targets. Network with existing customers in order tomaintain links and promote additionalproducts and upgrades. Handle Product and service related problemsand faults, referring on to specialist technicalcolleagues where appropriate. Manage workload in order to organize andprioritize daily and weekly goals.
