Job Description

    Key responsibilities:1. Drive Growth: Actively identify and qualify new dealer/distributor leads, building strong relationships to convert them into long-term partners2. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market reach within assigned territories, nurturing leads and maximizing sales opportunities3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and distributors, providing excellent service and support to exceed their expectations4. Account Management: Effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and delivery5. Lead Generation and Tracking: Proactively identify and follow up on sales leads, meticulously documenting all activities in a CRM system6. Brand Advocacy: Champion the Frido brand in all interactions with dealers and distributors, promoting our products and values with enthusiasm7. Partner Education: Conduct training sessions to. educate partners on the financial and professional benefits of Frido products, enabling them to effectively sell and promote them8. Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends, providing valuable management insights9. Reporting: Generate accurate and timely field sales reports, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-makingQualifications:1. Minimum 1 year of proven success in field sales, preferably in a B2B environment2. A strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively5. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail6. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting7. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory8.
