Job Description

    Job Summary:The Field Sales Manager acts as a mentor, motivator, and coach for the team, helping them develop the skills necessary to succeed in their roles.Responsibilities:
    • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell insurance products.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
    • Monitor and analyse sales data, track team performance, and prepare regular reports for management review.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
    • Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop sales budgets, forecasts, and targets for the assigned region.
    • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential customers to secure business deals.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in any field
    • Experience: 2 Years Previous experience in sales
    • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
