Job Description

We are looking for Field Service Engineers, Site Engineers and Robotic Machine Operators, for our ongoing project at Delhi, Goa, Rajasthan (Jaipur), Maharashtra (Pune and Nagpur), Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar).Following are the details of Job role and expected traits in candidate.Job Position: 1Field Service EngineerRole & Responsibilities:
• Being able to travel frequently and do outstation work.
• Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments.
• Provide on-site training to the customers.
• Perform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• Keeping Service /Technical documents and Report.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Required Experience and QualificationsSkills:
• Basic Knowledge in Fabrication and Fitting Process.
• Preferred Good Communication Skill in Hindi and English.
• Basic skills on workshop jobs (Welding, Assembling etc)
• Having excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Being able to work alone or with a team.
• Being self-motivated.
• Must be willing to travel on a short Notice.
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/ B.E/ B.Tech
• Candidates should be locally available in Delhi, Goa, Rajasthan (Jaipur), Maharashtra (Pune and Nagpur), Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar)
Experience: Above 2 Years (Service-related works)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Job Position: 2SiteEngineerRole & Responsibilities:
• Being able to travel frequently and do outstation work.

• Conduct functions like Product launch, Product demo
• Should be Able to deal with the Government officials.

• Being able to travel frequently and do Machine Operation
• Carry, on-site machine operations.
• Maintain report of the daily activities and report the same to the Supervisor.
• Keeping Service /Technical documents.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• Periodic checking of Machinery.
• Periodic Cleaning of Machinery.
Required Experience and QualificationsSkills:
• Basic Knowledge in Fabrication and Fitting Process.
• Good Communication Skill in Hindi
• Speaking Knowledge in English
• Basic skills on workshop jobs (Welding, Fitting etc)
• Being able to work alone or with a team.
• Must be willing to travel on a short Notice .
Qualification: Diploma / ITI
• Candidates should be locally available inDelhi, Goa, Rajasthan (Jaipur), Maharashtra (Pune and Nagpur), Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar)
