Job Description

    Job Title: Finance & Accounts ManagerLocation: Accra, Ghana (Western Africa)We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team.Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative financial strategies, including risk management and forecasting. Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to drive business decisions. Lead the budgeting process and ensure regular consolidation of budgets. Manage cash flow effectively to support operational needs. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Oversee debt management and collection processes. Prepare accurate and timely tax and BAS statements. Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and financial regulations. Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and provide strategic investment advice. Collaborate with management teams to share. financial insights and analysis. Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and mentor team members. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. Conduct thorough examinations of financial reports to identify and rectify discrepancies. Motivate and inspire finance team members through clear communication and constructive feedback.
