Job Description

    JOB TITLE: FINANCE EXECUTIVEEXPERIENCE: 2 YearsSKILLS REQUIREDMBA in Finance or a related field. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of formulas and advancedfunctionalities. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. Enthusiastic willingness to work overtime and on weekends when necessary, in alignmentwith the organizations 24/7 commitment to its mission.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial reports. Perform data entry and financial analysis using Microsoft Excel, ensuring precision andattention to detail. Use advanced Excel formulas and tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.) forbudgeting, forecasting, and other financial tasks. Assist in tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and reconciliation. Support the finance team in audits, funding reports, and donor-related documentation.Collaborate across teams to streamline financial processes.
