Job Description

    Company Profile:They are into Nutraceutical and Pharma product manufacturingJob details: 78375 - Formulation and Development ManagerExperience: 5.0 Year(s) To 7.0 Year(s)Job Location: Ahmedabad
    • Formulation Development of Solid oral & liquid dosage forms for various markets.
    • Scaling up, technology transfer of allocated products of various markets.
    • Documentation for technology transfer for development products.
    • To develop oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules for regulated markets
    • To carry out formulation development work and operate a wide range of formulation equipment.
    • Monitoring the stability of the development and validation batches, as per ICH guidelines.
    • To document activities as per Good Documentation Practices.
    • To prepare SOPs, Process Validation Protocols, and Reports
    • Prepare DCGI documents like BMR/BPR/PVP/PVR/PDR.
    • To execute trials for timely response of regulatory queries whenever required.
    • Daily Monitoring of Temperature & RH in Raw material store.
    • To assist in carrying out process validation studies of selected formulations
    • To review equipment calibration data & logs, cleaning logs, and equipment usage logs.
    • To review equipment calibration / validation status, prepare new logbooks and co-ordinate with QA for issue of new logbooks.
    • To carry out stability studies of in process as well as finished dosage forms as per ICH guidelines.
    • Depending on the companys requirements, above responsibilities can change, and additional responsibilities may be included
