We are requiring Franchise Development Managers for Gujrat. Primary responsibility of Candiidate will be Franchise Development in Gujrat & neighbourhood states. Detailed KRAs have been mentioned below.I. Ultimate Goal of FDM will be to add on New Franchise Centers of NFCI as per set parameters.II. Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for developing franchisees.III. Franchisee Identification, Selection and Development.IV. Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchise and advise Management of new opportunities.V. Identify and locate potential franchise centers in the selected markets by discovering and exploring opportunities.VI. Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisees potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision.VII. Giving Presentations & Seminars to Prospective Leads.VIII. Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly through regular follow-ups & repeat meetings.IX. Finalize the deal with franchisee in accordance with the Management.X. Responsible for the launch and development of the franchiseeXI. Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.XII. Works closely with the Reporting Head/Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.XIII. Able to build awareness in respective territories through various ATL/BTL activities.XIV. Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisee is achieved.XV. Work as point of contact between the franchisee and the franchisor, and ensure that any issues/concerns are aptly and timely addressed.XVI. Providing Support to franchise centers in their daily operations.XVII. Ensure all the SOPs of NFCI is followed in Franchise centers.XVIII. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitionsCandidate must be Graduate with atleast 8 years experience out of which 3-4 years should have been in Franchise Development. Must posses Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills.
