Job Description

    • Functions as the strategic business leader of the hotels Front Office Operations. Areas of responsibility include Reception, Cashiering, Travel Desk, Telephone Operations, Business Centre. The position ensures Front Office Operations meet the brand s standards, targets customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department. As a member of the Management Committee, develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to achieve and exceed total guest satisfaction by providing service which is iconic and maximize organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience as Head of Department.
