Job Description

- Candidates with relevant experience into expansion of various retail formats, starting from Strategy / Research till opening of Retail outlets, includes - property sourcing, negotiations, legal and technical closure and execution of projects.Role & Responsibility:- Land Acquisition experience is a must- Formulating the strategy for Large Format Stores - Getting properties sourced from Team, Property Consultants and other sources.- Understanding the State Land/Building/Constructing by-laws, zoning and all development regulations.- The candidate needs to travel extensively to different cities - Coordination with Land Owners, Brokers, Developers for sourcing of land/Building.- Acquisition of land as per company process and follow up on govt liasoning work with respective stake holders (Internal - External).- Close coordination with Govt Bodies,
