Job Description

    • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop & implement marketing strategies for each product or service being offered
    • Develops sales strategies and approaches for product and service services, such as special promotions,
    • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service, identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities.
    • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotes or sales team goals, to meet marketing and sales financial goals
    • Prepare an annual budget Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives to meet marketing and sales financial goals, develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
    • Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability & profitability.
    • Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
    • Gather, investigate, and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network, and joining professional organizations.
    Job Requisites:
    • Proven core sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
    • Strong intrapersonal skills
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
