    Gold Loan Relationship Officer (GLRO)Grade: - D0/ Relationship OfficerLocation AhmedabadReporting To Deputy Manager/ManagerJob Role:1. Sourcing fresh customers from open market2. Month on month targets to be closely followed and achieved3. Making use of mapped branches for lead generation4. Relationship building with BHs and branch employees for lead generation5. Travelling to all mapped branches per day basis6. Customer relationship & grievances to be addressed on priority basis7. Responsible to conduct the weekly BTL activities to spread the awareness of Kotak Gold Loan.8.
