Job Description

    To implement the business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meet the assigned targets, and promote the Companys products throughout the region/territory allotted. To achieve the territory value targets as per the budgeted plan to provide customer wise forecasts for each product in the assigned territory; contribute in the development of the annual marketing plan. To provide high levels of customer serce by regularly visiting and meeting the customers to understand their requirements, challenges and needs and devise the right solutions To conduct product trials/demos at customer shop-floor as per the prescribed Trail Processes Responsible for generation of trials for the application and solution team on a monthly basis. Identify potential customers in the territory and develop a business development plan to acquire them.Close new business by engaging with the client for their requirements, negotiating and generate the Purchase order (PO). Understand the decision-making unit dynamics and manage client relationships, resolve issues promptly. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Plan potential customers to be visited each month and share the status report for customers visited. Ensure that there is a 100% client coverage in the territory.Collect and share information about market trends, competitive activity, promotional initiatives or any other information on a regular basis.Attend to sales reviews with information on sales target vs achievements for the month/quarter/year. Highlight deviations to budget and loss of customers, technical issues faced etcProvide Monthly visit plan to the existing and potential customers for review and approval.Communication SkillsAbility to Work under PressureAnalytical SkillsPlanning & OrganizingNegotiation SkillsGood at MultitaskingGood Interpersonal Skills, Teamwork and Relationship ManagementCustomer Focus
