Job Description

    Position Name: Graphic DesignerExperience: 3 to 5 yearsQualification: Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in product designLocation: HO SindhubhavanCTC: Up to 5.5 LPAJOB PURPOSE:Create visual communication materials such as logos, marketing materials andadvertising. create strategies and implement them with a range of design, advertising,branding and marketing projects.JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Taking care of all SKU's creative designing, marketing collaterals (Brochures,Banners, Catalogues, Danglers, Posters, Leaflets, Product Keyline.), productbrochures, Packaging graphics, newsletters, email campaigns, etc. Deal withVendors etc.2. Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development team to ensure brandconsistency.3. Develop the new design for packing as per requirement and follow up with thesuppliers for the same.To take full responsibility of work assigned and report to the head of department.4. Coordination with print vendors for proofs, timely delivery, quality product5. Helping brand team for Event and Exhibition6. Proposes new formats and packaging designs.7. Manages the implementation projects, directly dealing with Packaging functionsand/or external agencies, ensuring the compliance with guidelines.8. Maintains updated knowledge of products competitive position, market trendsand drivers and consumer behaviour.9. Should develop to plan and manage photography and print production jobsindependently10. Working on Web design, Social Media creatives, landing page design, Ad designs11. Working collaboratively with team members, and being comfortable withfeedback and making multiple edits to your work as needed12. Working Knowledge of Photo shop, Coreldraw, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign,After Effects (Video).DESIRED SKILLS:Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editingsoftware. Should be well versed designing, Photoshop, illustrator, coral draw etc. innovativedesigns work on printer, copywriter, photographs, brochures, catalogue, logo, ppt &&marketing specialists, innovative && creative ideas, analytical skills.
