Job Description

    Hiring for a GST Litigation Executive for Elisbridge, Ahmedabad LocationLLB Freshers with internship experience and an interest in GST Litigation & Advisory can apply.CTC: upto 30 K per month.Key Responsibilities: Research and Analysis:Conduct in-depth research on indirect tax laws, rules, regulations, and case laws. Drafting:Prepare and draft various legal documents, including notices, replies, appeals, petitions, and representations. Litigation Support:Assist in the preparation of case briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents required for litigation proceedings. Case Management:Maintain meticulous records of case timelines, hearings, and orders. Client Interaction:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide timely updates. Teamwork:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the litigation team. Stay Updated:Keep abreast of the latest developments in indirect tax laws and regulations.Qualifications and Skills: Education:LL.B. from a recognized university. Internship Experience:Prior internship experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory firms will be preferred. Soft Skills:Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
