Job Description

    Oversee daily operations of Front Desk and Valet. Performing duties of Guest Service Agents as required. Resolve all guest concerns, complaints or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. Communicate with all departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.What is the role of a guest service supervisor A guest service supervisor supervises and trains guest service staff to have a high standard for guest delivery and efficient communication between all service staff.
