Implement and optimize firmware for a variety of microcontrollers and processors. Collaborate seamlessly with. cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of embedded systems aligns with project goals.Power Electronics Design: Lead the design, simulation, and analysis of power electronic circuits and systems. Develop and optimize power supply solutions catering to diverse applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the realm of power electronics.Schematic Design and PCB Layout: Generate detailed schematics for intricate hardware systems. Oversee PCB layout, working closely with PCB designers to ensure signal integrity and reliability. Conduct rigorous design reviews to validate and enhance hardware designs.Prototyping and Testing: Construct and meticulously test prototypes for hardware designs. Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate closely with the testing team to validate hardware performance against predefined specifications.BMS and TFT Integration: Seamlessly integrate Battery Management System (BMS) with TFT touch screen devices for enhanced user interaction. Collaborate effectively with software engineers to develop intuitive graphical interfaces providing real-time data and control options.Microcontroller Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, including ESP32, Atmel, STM32, and ARM-based controllers, to ensure optimal integration with BMS and TFT systems. Collaborate closely with firmware developers, enhancing functionality and performance.PCB Design and Gerber File Generation: Utilize relevant PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle) to create schematics and layouts for BMS, TFT, and associated systems. Generate Gerber files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards to facilitate the manufacturing process.Circuit Simulation for BMS and TFT Systems: Apply circuit simulation tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of both BMS and TFT systems. Optimize circuit designs, ensuring they meet stringent performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in embedded systems design and programming. Strong background in power electronics, including experience with power supply design. Experience with schematic capture tools and PCB layout software. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware design and power electronics. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Experience: Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Battery Management System (BMS) devices. Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and requirements in energy storage, electric vehicles, or related industries. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to BMS devices. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in the context of BMS projects. Project management skills, including experience meeting timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
