Job Description

    • All Accounts and Sales Coordination related work.
    • Generate invoice and E-way bills in Tally
    • Coordination with CA and CS
    • Internal Audit
    • GST return filing
    • Coordination with different banks
    • Documentation of import and export sales
    • Documentation according to government guidelines, current & updated full information
    • Upload invoices in portals of other companies Payment follow ups
    • Transporter Invoice to check (check with approx. amt with actual amt)
    • Calls to attend for inquiries, sales, offers, product queries, payment terms
    • Sales Order to Prepare in Tally
    • Purchase Order to raise in Tally
    • COMPLETE knowledge of basic tally and Advanced Excel
    • Mail drafting and good communication skills
    • Transportation Register to maintain
    • Email inquiries to check and update
    • Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.
    • Preparing financial statements
    • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
    • Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
    • Reply to inquiry with offer prices (formulations in Excel)
