The objective of this position is to manage zonal Telesales team and to deliver expected KPIs in terms of sales , process , quality and people Job Responsibilities: Managing and enhancing Telesales performance of the zone. Drives initiatives to improve performance; highlight gaps and propose solutions. Coaching and developing the AMs for the next level. Providing ongoing recommendations for process improvement. Keeping team motivated through various activities. Supporting the Training , Quality and WFM teams within the zone. Facilitates and coordinates all team requirements. Works with various departments like Sales , HR , Back office , Risk , IT to ensure smooth execution of the Telesales process. Ensures adequate staffing. Ensures quality standards in the zone and ensure adequate trainings / refreshers are conducted. Performance Management. Desired Skills University degree Excellent communication skills At least 7 years of experience in Sales Campaign in the role of same capacity Sound knowledge of MS office. Ability to understand data and propose solutions for better outcome.
