Job Description

  • Timely closure of Provisions by passing necessary provisions entries in accordance to Statutory & Group accounting policies.
  • Daily analysis of opex cost booked
  • Close coordination with circles to ensure timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations as per Group Policy.
  • HFM Financials - coordinating with various departments and ensure timely HFM closure
  • Maintaningaccuracy and correctness in PO review to reduce reclassification and Hyperion errors on a daily basis
  • Preparation of various Accrual Schedules, SOX Templates, BS reconciliations, IGAAP and IFRS reporting templates within Deadline.
  • Preparation of data as per various audit requirements i.e. Statutory audit, Internal Audit, Balance Sheet Recon. audit etc.
  • Continuous interaction with the OpCo Finance teams and other teams that are directly impacted by the process
  • Carry out the activities as per Standard Operating Procedure
  • Daily analysis of Expense dump for deriving final provisions
  • Timely Closure of books in HFM and SAP
