    Job Description Project Coordinator (Web Scraping Industry)Position: Project CoordinatorLocation: AhmedabadIndustry: Web Scraping / Data ExtractionExperience Required: 25 years (preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong technicalfoundation in Python, SQL, and hands-on experience in managing data scraping projects. Thecandidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication,timely delivery, and effective problem resolution.Key Responsibilities
    • Project Coordinationo Coordinate and oversee end-to-end scraping projects, ensuring timely execution anddelivery.o Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and analysts to align tasks with projecttimelines.o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
    • Client Managemento Act as the single point of contact for client communication.o Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and ensureexpectations are met.o Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Technical Involvemento Understand scraping frameworks, data extraction techniques, and workflows.o Use Python and SQL for data validation, analysis, and reporting.o Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with the team.
    • People & Process Managemento Manage team members, assign responsibilities, and track deliverables.o Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
    o Promote a collaborative and flexible work environment while handling pressuresituations effectively.
    • Reporting & Documentationo Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and client communication.o Prepare project status reports, escalation notes, and documentation.
    Required Skillset
    • Strong technical foundation in Python, SQL (must-have).
    • Basic knowledge of web scraping tools, APIs, and data pipelines.
    • Excellent email drafting and written communication skills.
    • Strong verbal communication and client management abilities.
    • Proven people management and team coordination experience.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in the web scraping/data extraction industry.
    • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
    • Familiarity with dashboards and real-time monitoring tools.
